Terms and Conditions

homeFree Realty Inc (hereinafter referred to as homeFree) agrees to supply, at client’s request, the following goods & services:

1. Professional signage, lawn sign & directionals delivered to your home. Client agrees to install a SOLD sticker for 2 weeks, following the sale of their home
2. Step-by-step guide on selling their home, with 7 day/week access to homeFree phone and/or online support to successfully achieve a private sale
3. Create and market a unique QR code for every client, allowing buyers easy access to your home details
4. Market client’s home on homefreerealty.com; client agrees to share listing with social media network via homfreerealty.com
5. Provide home pricing support by 3rd party AI vendor
6. Provide access to our preferred legal partner offering you support in completing the offer and preferred closing rates ($699+tax & disbursements)
7. Professional VR photography application for home photos & tour
8. All Services will be provided continuously until the home is sold; up to a maximum of 6 months.

All buyers and sellers agree that homeFree may advertise that the client has used the services of homeFree. The buyer and seller agree to place a SOLD sign on the property for at least 14 days following the sale of their home. Services are provided for clients above property/address while marketing their property with homeFree only. The use of any other real estate marketing service to market the above property address while using homeFree must be approved by homeFree, or services provided by homeFree will be discontinued without refund or advance notice. All efforts will be made to ensure accuracy, but homeFree cannot be held liable for advertising errors or availability interruptions caused by the publisher. Service fees are non-refundable.

The client acknowledges that this contract with homeFree will be null and void should a listing agreement be signed with a commissioned real estate agent. Thank you.

To accord with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the vendor{s)agrees to allow homeFree to use information gathered during this process and homeFree agrees only to use this information to further sole of the vendor's home, which may include sharing information with a cooperating broker, and for price-comparison purposes.
